Constitutional Crossroads: The Controversy Surrounding Article 370 Abrogation and Jammu & Kashmir's Bifurcation The abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir into two Union territories marked a significant and contentious move by the Indian government in 2019.
