Strategic Collaboration to Strengthen Self-Reliance in Copper Tubes In a major step toward enhancing India’s manufacturing capabilities and reducing import dependency, Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has signed Share Purchase and Shareholders Agreements with MetTube Mauritius Private Limited , a part of the Metdist Group . The strategic alliance is focused on delivering next-generation copper tube solutions, particularly for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. 50:50 Joint Investment and Operational Synergy Under the agreement: Adani Enterprises will divest a 50% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kutch Copper Tubes Limited (KCTL) , to MetTube.
