The apex court observed that children must be made aware of the physical and psychological changes that occur after puberty and the precautions required to handle those transitions responsibly. Supreme Court’s Observations A Bench comprising Justices Sanjay Kumar and Alok Aradhe made this observation while confirming the bail granted to a 15-year-old boy accused of raping a minor girl.
